Hi, I'm George Stern.
In 2024, I began sharing practical leadership tips online to help people thrive at work and in life. And things took off fast.
Now, I feel lucky to have 1.2 million leaders and future leaders in our community. I am passionate about helping each of them become the boss they've always wanted.
And wherever you are in your career or life, I'd love to help you, too.

When I'm not working, I am proud to be a dad and husband, and a volunteer firefighter.
My family and I live at 9,000' in the Colorado Rockies, and we try to spend as much time outside in the mountains as we possibly can.
