When are the live sessions?
We'll survey the cohort's availability and choose the recurring time that works best across time zones.
What if I can’t make every session live?
Recordings will be available, though you’ll get the most value by joining live.
How much time should I expect each week?
One 90-minute weekly session, plus two 60-minute small-group sessions and one 30-minute coaching call over the eight weeks. Slack participation is optional.
Do I need to be a current manager?
No. It’s also appropriate for people preparing to manage soon.
Is this only for new managers?
No. The material is designed to be useful from first-time managers through senior leaders and business owners.
Can my company pay for it?
Yes. If your employer has a leadership, learning, or professional-development budget, you can use that. We can provide receipts/invoices as needed, as well as a certificate of completion.
How does the payment plan work?
